I was so impressed with the combination of sauces and meat. Everything paired so nicely together. The staff is authentic and attentive. They really want to make sure you have a great experience. The flavors will melt in your mouth!

Might have just been the night - everyone can have an off night - however, this night when trying to make a reservation using my admittedly poor French the only response - and I mean the ONLY response was a one word “non”. This is only instance in the last few weeks of travelling in France that I’ve encountered this. Again, could have just been a bad night or a cranky person answering the phone. Perhaps ask a friend or your hotel or hosts to book for you.

A very nice discovery. It's a cozy restaurant with up-to-date decoration. You can enjoy tapas and refined, creamy dishes.😍 Very pleasant and smiling staff. Our waitress was able to guide us on the choice of wine to accompany the starter and a second time for the main course. I would like to thank the chefs for these two excellent dishes. Really a mix of flavors...🤩...in the mouth...And I loved it... Thank you for this beautiful evening... In any case, I will go back to try one of the desserts offered...🤤 I highly recommend...😁

We ate there one evening, the setting was quite pleasant. The dishes were delicious with no waiting between each dish. The waiters were welcoming, very professional and gave us very good advice when choosing wine. We will definitely be back!!

Very good food. Very fast service but not necessarily warm. Very limited reception at the reception, noting that we were 20 minutes late even though we had traveled 30km to eat in Montauban, that we had to go through the storms in the region and that there was no one in the restaurant... At the time of ordering, 2 or 3 wines are missing from the list, we fall back on another wine which also after checking by the server is out of stock. The server by the way does not really know his wine list of the region so it can be a little complicated at this stage.. After the culinary level of foie gras / sea bream carpaccio.... Everything was excellent!! We had a large table and everyone left delighted with their meal.
